Notice what the psalmist said, "Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous!
For praise from the upright is beautiful" (33:1).
It's not "Rejoice in the Lord, O you talented.
" And he didn't say "praise from the gifted pianist is beautiful."
Psalm 33
1 Sing joyfully to the LORD , you righteous; it is fitting for the upright to praise him.
(stay righteous, dwell in the Lord)
2 Praise the LORD with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre.
(use the best to praise and worship)
3 Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy.
(practice for the Lord)
